HOW TO ENTER. While attending BroadwayCon 2018 during the Sweepstakes Periods (defined below) at the Javits Center (“Sweepstakes Location”), open your Snapchat app to find the available Anastasia Broadway LLC (“Sponsor”) geofilter: the “Journey to BroadwayCon” Filter. Availability of either the Filter is not controlled by Sponsor and is not guaranteed at any specific Sweepstakes Location or at any specific time.
Once you have selected your geofilter, take a photo (“Photo”) or video (“Video”) utilizing one of the geofilters (your “Snap”). Then send your Snap to @AnastasiaBway on Snapchat. You must have a Snapchat account to enter the Sweepstakes. If you do not have a Snapchat account, you can create one by visiting www.snapchat.com. Snapchat accounts are free.
If you choose to enter via the Sweepstakes via Snapchat, standard data fees may apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device’s features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.
All entry information, Photos, Videos and Snaps shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions defined below.
By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to entrant’s Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission; (b) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (c) any third parties appearing in the Submission have given entrant appropriate consent to be photographed and used as permitted herein. Sponsor reserves the right to request releases from any third parties appearing in any Submissions at any time. Failure to produce third party releases upon Sponsor’s request may result in disqualification, as determined by Sponsor is its sole and absolute discretion.
Providing a Submission constitutes entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
Limit one (1) Submission per Snapchat-user per Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate Submissions by the same person will be subject to disqualification. All terms and conditions of Snapchat.com apply. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Snapchat account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Snapchat accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Snapchat account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY START/END DATES: The Sweepstakes entry period shall be during the following times:

Periods 1 through 3 together shall each be known as a “Sweepstakes Period” and together as the “Sweepstakes Periods.”
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a Grand Prize or Additional Prize, entrants must submit a Snap utilizing the official Sponsor Filter. Availability of the Filter is not guaranteed at Sweepstakes Location or any time. To be eligible for a Second Prize, entrants must submit a Snap utilizing either the Golden Ticket Filter or the Plain Candy Filter. Availability of the Plain Candy Filter is not guaranteed at any Sweepstakes Location or at any time. Participation open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence. Void outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sugar High Theatre Productions, Inc. and Situation Interactive, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that entrant’s Submission conforms to the Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant or Submission from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Content Restrictions.

The Submission must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Sweepstakes.
Each entrant acknowledges that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in entrant’s Submission. Each entrant understands and agrees that he/she shall not have any claim against any other entrant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize winners will be selected according to the following schedule:

Upon expiration of Period 1, between 6:00 PM ET and 6:30 PM ET, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries made during Period 1.

Upon expiration of Period 2, between 6:00 PM ET and 6:30 PM ET, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries made during Period 2.

Upon expiration of Period 3, between 2:00 PM ET and 2:30 PM ET, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries made during Period 3.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
GRAND PRIZE: As stipulated in the winner selection schedule above, one (1) grand prize winner will be chosen at the end of each sweepstakes period, and three (3) grand prizes (“Grand Prizes”) will be rewarded in total, each consisting of two (2) tickets a performance of Anastasia on Broadway (valued at $300).
GRAND PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners must provide their own transportation to New York City and any overnight accommodations if necessary. Certain restrictions regarding seating locations may apply. The Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Any other expenses relating to the Prize, including accommodation, transportation, federal, state and local income taxes, sales and use taxes and any other taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is not transferable or refundable, in whole or in part, and has no cash value. Prize will be void and forfeited if any part thereof is transferred or sold for cash. Winner may not make any substitutions. Anastasia reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the event the advertised Prize is unavailable. Winner will be given 48 hours from notification to confirm acceptance of Prize. Noncompliance, refusal, or return of Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. In the event the winner does not or cannot accept Prize, Anastasia will provide a merchandise prize package (value: $30).
NOTIFICATION: Potential winner(s) will be notified on day of the applicable Sweepstakes Period and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Additionally, winner(s) may be required to obtain releases from any and all third parties appearing in their respective Submissions. If any potential winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity and rights transfer document must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian.
All potential winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor by a direct message on Snapchat. Potential Grand Prize winner(s) will be required to respond to Sponsor via Snapchat or the e-mail address provided within one (1) hour of notification from Sponsor in order to claim their prize. Potential First Prize and Second Prize winner(s) will be required to respond to Sponsor via Snapchat or the e-mail address provided within forty-eight (48) hours in order to claim their prize(s).
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within one (1) hour in the case of a Grand Prize and within forty-eight (48) hours in the case of First or Second Prizes, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate (time-permitting). Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use Prize (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Contest and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by the Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as a Winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name on the Website and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification, permission or approval and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Sponsors, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from this promotion any person they believe, in their sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or telephone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, mobile telephone service, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional, marketing, score notification, potential winner notification, or prize notification or fulfillment materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
